WENSBRIDGE Pvt Ltd was incorporated in Mumbai with a clear focus: to provide real estate buyers and investors in Maharashtra with advisory that prioritises their interest — not the developer's or the broker's.
The firm operates across three services: developing and marketing RERA-registered plotted layouts, advising clients on land acquisition and due diligence, and facilitating property transactions with structured documentation support.
Our primary geographies are Vasai-Virar (where affordable land with improving infrastructure presents genuine long-term value), Mumbai's western suburbs (for society redevelopment and NRI advisory), and Pune's western IT corridor (for plotted and residential investments).
We are registered with MahaRERA and maintain compliance with all applicable real estate regulations in Maharashtra. Our clients include first-time homebuyers, NRIs seeking to invest in India, and family offices evaluating land parcels.
